The firm is built from more than twenty years in network management, monitoring, and the layer where tools meet on-call. That includes large telecom NMS and NOC environments, the Micromuse years through IBM, and later delivery on network automation, cloud integration, and operations platforms that have to survive both an incident and an audit trail.
Buyers hire the firm, not a profile. There is no named front person on this site and no social links. Engagements are staffed from a small senior bench. When a slice needs more hands, we add them. The work stays in your environment.
We work across open-source telemetry stacks and commercial operations platforms that customers already own. We do not list vendor logos. If a commercial product is the right fit, we say so in the room. If open-source already covers the need, we stay there.
