HK Harris designs predictive and agentic IT operations programs.

We are a specialist consultancy. We join telemetry, cut noise, and leave a path an operations team can run. You keep the platform. We do not sell one from this site.

Assess

Current-state review

Read the live path and one recent incident. Say what the system can predict today, and which pages still have no owner.

Build the program

Correlation and discovery

Join signals across tools. Make scan ranges match the live estate. Certify gear that is not on a vendor supported list.

Transfer

Predictive and agentic ops

Earlier warning where the data supports it. Recommended actions with a named owner. Guardrails so automation does not outrun trust.

Large financial institution

Event noise and the ticket path

A busy event bus and a service desk that no longer trusted pages. We mapped firing rules to owners, cut orphan alerts, and proved the remaining pages against a recent outage.

Telco in LatAm

Discovery that matches the live network

Inventory and scan ranges that did not match what ops managed. We rebuilt discovery assumptions and left a certification path for non-standard devices.

CSP in the Southeast US

Hybrid collectors and flow

Cloud edge plus on-prem routers. Metrics in one tool, flows in another. We joined the path a customer session takes and dropped volume nobody queried.

ASEAN enterprise

Multi-tenant onboarding

New tenants stalled on credentials and scan ranges. We wrote the client-side list first: subnets, SNMP access, ticket groups, and what “accepted” means.

Regulated US program

Operations platform under control

A platform that had to live in a controlled account. Assumptions, access lists, and acceptance tests written so an audit trail and an incident could both be answered.

Network operations

Collectors that can reach the gear

Discovery claimed coverage the firewalls did not allow. Reachability went on one page: ports, sources, and who approves a change.

The firm takes a slice, not a retainer to watch screens.

If the next incident would look like the last one, start with a current-state review.
